Agrícola d'Ulldemolins

Founded in 1953 by village farmers to make and sell their olive and grape harvests, Agrícola d'Ulldemolins – Sant Jaume became, in 1996, the first cooperative in Catalonia to produce organic olive oil. Today it signs the Vins de la Vall del Silenci and La Llena olive oil — high-altitude oils and wines — with a farm shop in the village itself.

After the sessions, the village wineries pour their wines outside the hall.
